Welcome to the website and blog for the St. Bernard Garden Club and Community Garden.
Our organization was founded in 2022 and it was a busy year! We took a vacant lot and added 36 raised beds, which were then filled and planted by residents of St. Bernard. Members of our club added a compost area, water tanks, rain collectors, and mulched walkways. The St. Bernard Garden Club held monthly meetings during the year to stay on track for developing the garden site and plan events. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to officially start the gardening season.
